What's happening here?

Four bright, compact radio sources, many more than four bright, compact IR sources; close positional matches with three pairs, small offset with the remaining pair.

Center of a rich cluster - the bright IR sources are ellipticals - some of which harbor RAGNs (radio AGNs) but most of which don't (and none of the RAGNs - or maybe one? - is a jet)?

The regions of radio emission all look quite separate (they are not extended towards each other). Because in all cases the radio emission is compact, we can't know for sure from this image whether the radio comes from stars in the host galaxies, or if some of these are compact AGN. We can get more clues by looking at these objects in more detail later - if the radio emission is unusually bright, this would suggest an AGN.
