It's (mostly) the 'dead and red' elliptical SDSS J121121.12+141439.2. It has a spectroscopic redshift of 0.064, so it's very close (cosmologically speaking); no sign of an AGN in the spectrum. The radio source seems a bit unusual to me, like the core is brightest and the jets get weaker as they transition to the lobes; perhaps a FRI (or is it FRII; I'm still trying to get them straight)?
The rest of the extensive IR is just source confusion ... in this band, WISE does not have sufficient resolution to 'split apart' the many separate IR sources ...
