If you're referring to ARG00025lj then this is a site of compact emission - however: in this case there is also a slim chance that it is not related to the IR source it is almost (but not quite) on top of but is part of a larger radio lobe whose emission is too diffuse to show up in this image - the other lobe, if this is the case, is off to the left and down a little about 3 arc minutes away and can be seen in both the FIRST and NVSS images.
If you want some clearer cases of compact emission, there are several in the Spotters' Guide. Additionally, a search for objects with a compact hashtag currently gives me 128 examples.
