Such jets are understood to be bent backwards by material in a galaxy cluster (a "cluster wind"). The radio source is located in a galaxy cluster and the gas between the galaxies is heated up, and the resulting pressure creates an outwards motion. The flow of the gas then bends the jets. They're called "wide-angle tails" or "narrow-angle tails". This one has already been tagged #wat for wide-angle tail.
