What is this? Loads of radioactivity but not a lot of infrared? I'm still learning.......

This is the right hand side (west) of a well-known radio galaxy. When you see something run off the edge like this, it's useful to click "FIRST" below the image, to see a 2x larger field in each direction. You can also click "NVSS" to show the same (larger) field at low resolution, sometimes picking up emission not otherwise seen.
