3 GALAXY INTERACTION ?

THERE IS 1 RADIO SOURCE. THERE ARE 2 GALAXIES ABOVE IT. IS THERE ANY INTERACTION BETWEEN THE 2 UPPER GALAXIES OR ALL 3 GALAXIES.
RADIO GALAXY AND THE 2 OTHER GALAXIES.

The host of the fairly bright, compact radio source is surely z_sp 0.279 SDSS J114131.47+182227.9. None of the other galaxies seem to be radio sources.
The upper-right (NW) galaxy may be an overlap, between a much closer, small disk galaxy and a z~0.28 ETG in the same cluster as the radio source, but it's impossible to tell.
The diffuse NVSS source, to the NE, does not seem to be associated with a FIRST source; perhaps it's ghost/relic?
