  z_sp 0.215 SDSS J101652.85+123441.4 does seem to be the host, and it is quite unlike a boring elliptical. Even the spectrum is strange:

  

  However, if the radio source is a #doublelobe and somewhat #bent (a #wat?), it's possible the host is z_sp 0.212 SDSS J101653.40+123409.2, an elliptical:
