Zooming in seems to suggest that radio emission from z_sp 0.238 SDSS J135947.35+103318.4 is certainly nuclear ... but I don't think the question of whether at least some of the fainter, extended radio emission (doublelobe-like) is associated with this galaxy (or not) is settled:
But that galaxy is certain not a boring elliptical!
