ARG0000ava - doublelobe, is host lenticular?

From the Suggestions for RGZ Objects to show with detailed FIRST contours overlaid on SDSS images thread, started by WizardHowl:
http://radiotalk.galaxyzoo.org/#/subjects/ARG0000ava doublelobe, is host lenticular?
I'm not sure this overlap helps answer that question; perhaps it asks another, what is the host (and how could you be certain)?

Another possibility for the host might be SDSS J092459.72+555200.4 no Z given as SDSS had classified it as a star but its colours seem suggestive of a typical ETG at Z~0.7+. It's almost exactly half-way between the lobes, so perhaps better than going for the brighter IR source.

Good eyes!
I looked for just this sort of SDSS object, but didn't see one (also, I was too quick, and didn't explore long enough). Here's SDSS J092459.72+555200.4:
Yes, it's a good choice for candidate host.
