ARG00020zz - an #ifrs?

This was to be a post about ARG0002ozz, but I mis-read "o" as "0". Having done the work, I thought I'd post it anyway ...
A somewhat elongated, compact quite bright source:
Here's an SDSS image with the same scale, but centered on (257.556542, 25.054833), which are - per NED - the J2000.0 coordinates of the radio source(s) B2 1708+25, NVSS J171013+250317, VLSS J1710.2+2503, and three others; strangely NED does not list FIRSTJ171013.5+250317:
Per SDSS, there's nothing there; so is this an #ifrs?
