A forming GALAXY or GALAXIES at244.43281.32.36194 . Is it the radio source,
Is it a GALAXY with 2 centers or 2 separate GALAXIES not 1.Posted

OK, these two objects don't seem to be close to each other, so answer is "no, these two are not interacting". One of them is QSO which is estimated to be at z_sp=4!! (not sure how correct that is given only optical SDSS spectra, but we need someone who works on spectra on daily basis to comment on this). If this redshift is correct, then I'd be really impressed with the radio structure, ~2arcmin =~880 kpc.
Now, the other galaxy is estimated to lie at z_ph~0.2, at which redshift it would be much sensible for radio galaxy with such structure, but then it would be only half the size (~400kpc)
From radio structure I would say we are looking at a well behaved one FRII radio galaxy

Oh, now I see your NED link. It's indeed 3c 332 - we know redshifts of radio galaxies from the 3C survey very well by now, and this one is at z=0.151019, so the quasar is just by chance there.
