The SDSS spectrum is "Broadline QSO", with z_sp 0.715. It has a great many names, and 22 references (according to NED); it's an x-ray, UV, optical, IR, and radio source!
Amazing to think that even giant elliptical galaxies are almost invisible in SDSS at z ~0.7, and very red; yet this QSO is not only very much brighter, but blue! 😮
