The host is SDSS J094014.54+600443.5, z_sp 0.131:
The SDSS automated spectroscopic pipeline classes it - or rather the central 3" (dia) - as a GALAXY BROADLINE; otherwise it seems to me to be a pretty thoroughly 'dead and red' one:
