ARG0002gbx - strange, non-ETG host?

SDSS J120312.94+182322.0 isn't much to look at (left; z_ph 0.157 ± 0.1833/0.219 ± 0.2106), nor is its nearest neighbor, SDSS J120312.45+182320.6 (right; z_ph 0.067 ± 0.0593/0.039 ± 0.0399):
Are either the host of the faint doublelobe?
