ARG0002kvu - spiral with a plume?

SDSS J113129.26+162341.8 is a z_ph 0.068 ± 0.0208/0.076 ± 0.0321 inclined spiral; SDSS J113129.12+162336.3 is a z_sp 0.172 'dead and red' (3" dia centre, spectroscopically speaking) galaxy just to its S.
Which is the host of the plume?
