SDSS J101334.24+451935.8 Is it the Radio Source Galaxy? Is it a Galaxy?

Stars with radio emission are rare. SDSS points to a star and I have no idea!

The FIRST emission does not seem to be coming from the star; rather perhaps from a faint smudge just the the WSW? Or perhaps this is an asymmetric doublelobe, with the blue STAR SDSS J101330.93+451927.4 as host? NED says this is a z_ph 1.105 AGN/QSO.
