ARG0003ayt - strong hourglass host is a bulgeless, starforming local irregular?

SDSS J150700.55+071316.5 is a z_sp 0.030 featureless not-quite-blue irregular (or perhaps a bulgeless Sd/weak bulge Sc flocculent spiral):
Yet it is the apparent host of a strong hourglass/doublelobe radio galaxy! 😮
Or perhaps the host is the faint red blob in the outskirts? It's z_ph 0.61 SDSS J150700.12+071320.4:
