ARG0002hl6 - nice triple with not ETG (disturbed) host?

SDSS J154209.91+174948.9, at z_ph 0.499, has an emission-line dominated spectrum; the H-alpha line is clearly broad, so at least some of emission line flux comes from an AGN:
But it's also a very odd-looking object! 😃
But there's no doubt that it's the host, right?
