ARG0003a3y - core and one-sided lobe; host a not-boring elliptical?

At z_ph 0.092±0.0224/0.106±0.0267, SDSS J155203.47+073141.9 is fairly local; what sort of galaxy is it?
We can apply various quantitative measures, but simple visual inspection suggests it's not an elliptical.
Is it, however, the host? Of the nuclear emission, certainly; of the extended emission to the south?
