ARG00011io - confusing radio emission?

That z_sp 0.027 SDSS J133321.82+420844.7 has nuclear radio emission is clear. That it is not an elliptical is also clear (it's far too elongated; it's a highly inclined disk galaxy, possibly an edge-on one):
But is there compelling evidence for extended - "diffuse" - radio emission?
