ARG00029si - giant, disrupted z=0.3 spiral as host of faint doublelobes?

SDSS J121431.51+212540.6, z_sp 0.307, seems to embedded in a vast, faint, cloud; remnants of a recent major merger? faintly visible non-bulge parts of a huge disk galaxy? or just noise?
