ARG0001zgu - odd green host of hourglass?

SDSS J123354.71+254128.2, z_ph 0.239±0.0776/0.212±0.0929, has strange colors, and an odd shape:
Is it the host?
Perhaps not; perhaps the host is the insignificant-looking red z_ph 0.810±0.0985/0.716±0.1465 (far in the background, so it's actually very big, and bright) SDSS J123354.73+254123.0:

Yes, I concur that the red smudge of a galaxy may indeed be the host....
