In advance of creating a contour overlay image, I'd say it's a triple, with a somewhat unusual pair of jets (FRI?). One host (the yellow elliptical)? or two (plus the blue 'star')?

One host, z_sp 0.113 SDSS J143147.54+605109.4 (rather odd radio morphology):

Boilerplate: SDSS image per http://skyservice.pha.jhu.edu/DR10/ImgCutout/getjpeg.aspx, FIRST (red) contours derived from the FITS file produced using SkyView with Python code described in this RGZ Talk thread.Image center (J2000.0) is the galaxy SDSS J143147.54+605109.4; 'z_sp' its SDSS spectroscopic redshift.
