ARG0002o5i - doublelobe with 'not a boring elliptical' as host?

SDSS J105811.82+150027.9, z_ph 0.373±0.0628/0.301±0.1394, is distant, and looks not quite like a boring elliptical:
It's almost certainly the host however:

I think deeper observations are required to verify that this is not an ETG. Given the z of this object and the depth of SDSS, it's hard to say that it's not an ETG with a high significance.
