ARG00030ym - THREE ~orthogonal jets/lobes from the one host?

SDSS J150804.02+103623.6, with z_ph 0.458±0.1094/0.251±0.1196 (i.e. really no clue), seems rather strange, and may not even be the host (or a host, if there's more than one; but there's no other SDSS PO).
Could be a chance alignment of a #doublelobe (or #triple) and an unrelated #corejet (possibly highly asymmetric), I guess.
Anyone?
Maybe an overlay with WISE data might help?
