ARG0001d2k - triple with a strange host?

z_ph 0.231±0.0764/0.233±0.1008 SDSS J120232.58+361402.8 looks somewhat like a star-forming galaxy of uncertain morphology (too small to say, really). It's also near the apparent core of an asymmetric triple:
Is it the host?
