ARG0000etr - host is a blue elliptical?

The blue fuzzy blob is z_ph 0.074±0.0150/0.076±0.0247 SDSS J154053.15+533002.0. Is it a blue elliptical? Or a bulgeless disk galaxy? Is it the host?
The other possible host Dolorous Edd mentions is SDSS J154051.69+533017.2, an extremely faint, blue fuzz:

SDSS J154053.15+533002.0 is visible in WISE band 1-3, but there is ( very strange! ) slight offset in band 3

Some WISE contour overlays might help?
