That is ... amazing! 😮
As far as I know, it doesn't have a common name; it seems to be part of the rich cluster of galaxies called Abell 2029.
Is the 'horizontal streak' real? or is it an artifact?

Per Clarke+ (2004), it's real, an edge-on disk galaxy (thank you NED).
