Looks like a good candidate for higher resolution follow-up observations because I suspect that this is either a projected alignment of 2 radio galaxies or 3 radio galaxies......

The central 'ring' is 'just' a #wat, with host z_sp 0.224 SDSS J103307.66+090200.1
One of the other galaxies in the cluster (to the NE) shows faint nuclear emission, barely above the noise ...
