ARG0001w0f - double lobe with strange shape

ARG0001w0f is an obvious #doublelobe, but with a strange shape: the E lobe is almost circular; the W one has a similar component, plus what looks like a jet ... on the far side (jets on the near side are pretty common)! Also, the apparent host is a red, non-photometric object in SDSS:

For me it is tempting to say it could be hybrid
One clear hotspot E and anomaly in W lobe, hotspot is near the host
White circles are ALLWISE source, marked source in the middle is ALLWISE J091423.72+271619.2 which is the host
