ARG000116i - green hybrid?

  • JeanTate by JeanTate

In ARG000116i the radio emission has a - to me - very strange morphology: it looks like a 'hotspot at far end with jet tracing back to the core' on the SW side; a possible core in the center; and a fading jet (with no hotspot) on the NE side. Perhaps it's just highly asymmetric? Perhaps there's a nascent #x-shaped plume developing?

Here's the host, z_sp 0.557 SDSS J112200.37+421928.8, which also happens to be #green!

Oops! I didn't see that Dolorous Edd had already done an overlay! Here

It does have a hotspot (okey, brightest emission peak )

My only concern: Does NE lobe fit FR-I definition?

    IMO yes
