  Z 0.080 SDSS J083808.81+445000.5 GALAXY. The SOUTH & NORTH trails are from what?
  Next to it at Z 0.593 is SDSS J083809.19+444958.6

  Other galaxies are S SDSS J083808.96+444944.9 & N is SDSS J083807.98+445008.0.

  If these trails are indeed there then this is probably tidal debris from a close galaxy interaction.
