Host seems to be
SDSS J001627.47+022602.1 - 1237678597018550383
SDSS colored / FIRST
Red circles are AllWISE object
Green circles are SDSS DR9 photometric objects
There are images from CFHT available, I will see if I can get a good one

Galaxy has bar and inner ring. What type it is? Sb0?
DECaLS image
Sadly found only half image from CFHT R-band which is borderline useless

Just a formality
FIRST / NVSS contour overlay
NVSS strongly suggests that SDSS J001627.47+022602.1 is a host ( also visible in VLSSr but it is just side note )

Really it does not look like an usual elliptical... 0 abstracts in ADS... any opinion?
May be this is an example of how important is the topic introduced by @JeanTate about "what exactly is a spiral?"

Really it does not look like an usual elliptical
Because it is not
.Bar, inner ring, outer ring; looks to me like an early type spiral
Sb0 lenticular galaxy, for that matter
