Is the spectrum from the galaxy at the centre of the SDSS image (fainter maybe not green - my monitor may be funny) or is the spectrum of the very green galaxy off to the right in the SDSS image?
I'm confused as to how the RGZ image overlays on the SDSS image.

The ARG field is centered at (257.941, 35.158), and SDSS J171145.75+350927.7 (the very green object) at (257.9407, 35.1577), so the #compact host is indeed this very green object. Here's an SDSS image centered on the FIRST source; if it's positional accuracy is ~5", then the two are co-located, within the FIRST uncertainty (it's a pity there isn't four significant digits in the FIRST coordinates):
