Looks like it's rotating clockwise.

Welcome to RGZ, Cardiffian.
The host galaxy is SDSS J121543.82+170917.6:
Although this appears in no less than 19 published papers, it seems none specifically discuss this 'twisting' #triple radio source! 😮
Perhaps this is an example of precessing jets? If so, it seems like a really good one!
Hope this helps, and happy hunting! 😃

Thanks, I'm operating at pretty much the same level as a kid looking for interesting seashells on the shore. This is my best one yet.

Tell me about it! 😃
I have a Collection of really cool seashells, which I call "weird and wonderful" (link).
Collecting seashells has, I reckon, a serious scientific value: while many, perhaps most, of such really cool sources are of types radio astronomers have already extensively described (and written papers about), there are surely some ones which are new to them. And a study of those new types may prove quite news-worthy.
Happy hunting! 😄

Very awesome. These S-shaped sources may potentially originate from precessing black holes so keep up the good work. I know many will be interested in the collection of these sources. Happy hunting!
