ARG00023qv: is this an unusual morphology for a double lobe?

In ARG00023qv, the host is hidden in the glare of a bright star, I think. A star would not be the host of this sort of double lobe, would it?
The lobes seem unusual to me: they both have a compact hotspot at their ends, and flared emission behind them (closer to the host). The axes are not aligned, so #bent, but unlike a #wat (no sign of any jets, for example, or a #core).
How unusual is this?
