The host of this triple seems to be SDSS J113648.57+125239.7 zsp=0.034 GZ1:uncertain. I would say disturbed spiral, shows some kind of arms or bar.

Thanks, I feel lucky when I find objects like this. Sadly I still have the same problem and I only can classify a few subject at week.

No worries @sisifolibre. I think that the blue galaxy is a late-type star-forming spiral. There may be a chance that this is a chance alignment but it could also be real. Definitely worth following up with further investigations.
