ARG0001kq6 triple

Here's ARG0001kq6, a #triple.
The contour overlay image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk
thread. The host appears to be SDSS J121936.75+323552.9, which DR12 lists as a Star, and DR6 notes as having a redshift of z_ph=0.351 +/-0.160.
There are Radio references in NED and SIMBAD for SDSS J121936.75+323552.9 being the host, but there is also one First reference for SDSS J121936.54+323557.6, which is slightly NW of the centre lobe, and there is an ALLWISE reference for this galaxy too, ALLWISE J121936.58+323556.5.
However, the lobes appear to be more centred and aligned with SDSS J121936.75+323552.9 being the source of the #triple radio emission.
