    Good evening Michael.

    sisifolibre identified the host, SDSS J164626.39+281223.5, and in pointing to this Comment showed that it's been commented on several times before. Here's the host, as imaged by SDSS:

    Here's what the system looks like, in a different version of the FIRST data (the host is invisible, because it does not emit detectable radio, at the received frequency of 1.4 GHz):

    I think there's no obvious direct sign of any jets; rather, what we see is the hotspots where the jets come to a halt, and the plumes of hot plasma ("bubbles") that result from the stopping of the jets.
