ARG0001c9x host star

Here's ARG0001c9x, which appears to be an elongated emission.
The contour overlay image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk
thread. The host for the emission appears to be SDSS J153828.85+363555.9, which has First and NVSS references in NED and a First reference in SIMBAD. SDSS DR13 lists the First peak emission flux and there is an ALLWISE reference, ALLWISE J153828.86+363556.0. Unfortunately, no redshift is listed and the spectrum classifies this object as a K5 main sequence star.
As for other possible hosts being SDSS J153829.16+363550.2, there doesn't appear to be any radio references for this object, and as per the classification comments left, that this emission could be affected by an overlap, others may wish to remark further on this.
As always, comments, suggestions, welcome.

IMO not perfectly centered on the star

I wondered about it being a #QSO.

I agree, it's possibly a QSO (a spectrum would clear that up).
If it's a radio star, it would be very interesting! 😃
