Here's the overlay. There is an ALLWISE reference for SDSS J095427.98+301938.6, ALLWISE J095427.98+301938.0, but there appears to be no other citations for this object being the host of the emission.

I think the host is SDSS J095427.81+301912.9

I agree; the host is a zsp 0.533 QSO. The radio emission morphology is #corejet and (N) #lobe. Faint hints of S counterlobe, possibly more easily seen in NVSS (centered on the QSO):
