The host of the #hourglass radio emission is likely zph 0.36 SDSS J004518.88+084118.6:
SDSS J004521.73+084147.6 has a very prominent dust lane crossing just 'under' its nucleus, and it seems curve back round to form a dust lane 'behind' the nucleus. The shape is fairly disturbed. This is fairly typical of a late-stage merger of two galaxies, one (possibly both) of which was a spiral. In a few hundred million years, the stars will 'settle down' and form a nice elliptical galaxy, and the dust will be evaporated, leaving little trace of the violent event which was the merger.
Astronomy is really cool, isn't it? 😄
