    Interesting find, A1001! 😃

The radio source (two actually), being bright, appears in several catalogs; it's/they're 6C B164537.6+355100, B2 1645+35, FIRST J164724.9+354541/FIRST J164725.4+354537, and (as you note) NVSS J164725+354540. You can see what objects are close to a position (or an SDSS object) by using NED, the NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database. The way I usually access it is from an SDSS Object Explore page. For example, on the Object Explore page of the strange galaxy (more below) SDSS J164725.56+354547.9 - centered in the SDSS cutout you posted - if you click the link "NED search" in the left-hand panel, you'll get a very interesting NED page.

Without a contour overlay I can't be sure, but it seems that the host/core coincides with the NW maximum, which would make the SE one a #lobe, and this a very one-sided object. There are a total of eight papers which include this radio source, per NED, but they are all survey papers (it seems), and most done with limited resolution in the radio.

The host seems strange; it has zph 0.443±0.139, is elongated, and seems to have a #green (-ish) NW extension (and a very faint #red N one); perhaps it's a particularly violent merger?
