  Disturbed morphology, out-of-plane dust lane, unusual regions of star-formation, (tidal) tails, ... yep sure seems like a close interaction, if not a merger! 😃

  Yes, definitely signs of an interaction but it's difficult to say with full certainty that it's a product of a merger.
