    The complex dust lanes - the brownish stuff - likely tell a tale of a merger, which resulted in starburst activity. There may be an AGN (an active super-massive black hole), but the radio emission seems rather too diffuse for much of it to come from an AGN. The green ring and apparent arms may be the remnants of one or more spiral arms of the colliding galaxies.

    The spectrum is a little odd (to me); why is [OIII] so weak? No [OII], it's off in the UV and not recorded. No broad emission lines though, so no sign of an AGN ...
