The bright radio maximum to the W likely has as host zsp 1.582 QSO SDSS J144300.59+520136.9, though a contour overlay would be needed to be sure:

Here's a contour overlay.
The contour overlay image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk
thread. First in red.Possibly the host for the lobe to the west is SDSS J144300.97+520139.3, which appears to be a #green galaxy. This object has recorded First flux emission in SDSS DR13, a z_sp=1.570000, and requisite radio references listed in NED.
