The WISE canvas seems to show a faint source between the two radio sources (the central one has three contours, the W/right one just one); this may be the host. If you click on the WISE link at the bottom, you'll see that there's a faint source next to the cyan circle in band 1 (and maybe 2?), but nothing in the other two bands.

It's possible that zph 0.416 ± 0.0827 SDSS J132415.90+473309.4 is the WISE source and also the host; the grid is centered on the brighter radio source, SDSS J132415.90+473309.4 is the closest PO:

So what is it? Likely a galaxy, but not bright enough to be the brightest in a typical galaxy cluster (a "BCG", brightest cluster galaxy). It's almost certainly an elliptical galaxy, not only because it's the host of double lobes (if it is indeed the host!), but also because its colors are "red".

    Hope this helps! 😃
