I don't think we have a hashtag for this, so let's invent one, #3-lobed
The bright star saturates both the optical and IR images, so it's impossible to say what might be the host (most of the POs in the SDSS image are optical artifacts).
The resolution of NVSS is too poor to show the three lobes, so you get just a single, apparently compact, source.
