ARG00018dy, doublelobe, host?

Here's ARG00018dy, which appears to be a #doublelobe.
The contour overlay image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk
thread. First in red.A possible host for the emission could be SDSS J073950.90+383759.2, which had a DR7 z_ph=0.205 +/-0.167. There doesn't appear to be any radio references nor ALLWISE references for this galaxy.
There is an NVSS reference in NED for SDSS J073950.18+383805.2, which is listed as a star. This object has an ALLWISE reference, ALLWISE J073950.18+383805.2.
It's hard to definitively discern what is the host of this emission. There is always the possibility that it could be a background galaxy obscured by the strong ir source, which appears to be centred on SDSS J073950.18+383805.2.
As always, comments, suggestions, welcome.
