In ARG0001d9r: strange low-z host with strong narrow emission lines

The NW #compact has as host zsp 0.037 SDSS J130616.20+360847.4:
Not what I expect for a host at such a low redshift. Yet that redshift seems quite robust; and there's some pretty strong narrow emission lines:
More likely from star-formation than an AGN (no high ionization emission lines), but then how come it's so compact?
